Why our oil looks cloudy
Refined oils are heated, bleached and deodorised until they are clear and neutral. Ours is crushed slowly in a wooden ghani, settled for a week and filtered through cotton cloth. A little sediment at the bottom of the bottle is normal: it is simply part of the seed.
